Today is the happiest and the funniest day of work at Indochine so far!! Manage to "gop" alot of food and drinks today also! Hahaha.... So by the way @ Indochine, it will be very busy from Monday to Saturdays except on Sunday when the day is quite slow paced.... So on Sunday, the managers will usually put all the guests outside and make the restaurant empty.... SOoooo fortunately, i am working inside!! With the supervisor Ah-Roy(this nickname i created myself one de lar, his actual name is without the Ah. Haha!), Elizabeth and Carl... Sounds very little people but more than enough staff le for inside! Lol... usually there be 6-7 staff inside one de plus a supervisor.... So today if there is no circumstances happen... there will be only one table for 4 for the whole night! Hooray!!
This Ah-Roy ah, though he is a supervisor(think he is in late twenties...) but he behaved like small boy man!! Hahaha.... Like to disturb and suan mi sia, together with the Carl.... So at first, they ask mi go break one de after the briefing then later when i come back from my break( I managed to "gop" one cup of coffee.... Before that, i "gop" one bowl of soup and some fried chicken skin from the kitchen! LOL... =p), Ah Roy and Carl each order a plate of fried rice and Kway Teow from the kitchen using a customer table number when it is actually empty inside the whole restaurant!! Eat never ask mi wan anot!! But later manage to "gop" 2 mouths of Kway Teow and fried rice lah... Hahahaa
Who knows later there is this reservation for 16 initially from outside came inside the restaurant!! *Faint....... Anyway this is the only table at that time so okay lor.... Hahaha... So i again managed to "gop" some appertizers from their balanced food and the dessert after their main course! Not bad sia.... Managed to try the Ice-cream in Pumpkin and the banana fritters! Taste delicious man!! Hahahaa.... but the worst is still the Ah-Roy lor which he "gop" the balanced wine to drink and still wan to pretend pretend... LOL... By the way this table drank 6 bottles of wine, 7 bottles of Evian and 4 bottles of sparkling water, amounting to $2,127.26 at the end of the bill! Power sia... Hahaha....
So as it is not so busy, four of us keep on playing and eating and drinking behind the counters! Hahaha.... For that whole night i eat and drink and play and then eat and drink and play and so on till 12 plus! Hahaha... There were just another 2 more tables of four inside the restaurant... The rest of the guests were being seated outside! Then shiok man! Very fun just now... BUT but is not always so good one de lor... Must depends who and which supervisor you worked with.... There was this one day when i worked with this in charge who is not very friendly to mi one de leh...... That day was quite terrible... SO i hoped there will be more days of just now when work is not like work.... Hahaha =)
