Yesterday was one of the Indochine outlet, Forbidden City, 2nd anniversary.. So actually they need some staff from my outlet to help out and i volunteered! Haha.. Is good that once in a while we can go other outlets and work to experience something new, if not everyday work at Waterfront everyday also sian! So yesterday, went to Bukit Panjang to do project first then later go to my outlet to take my uniform first and shoes.. Haha.. So later walked to Clarke Quay to find where is Forbidden City... This outlet ah, has a very asthetic facade wich is some award-winning design also lah... But is really very nice compared to my outlet which has only a nice view of the Singapore River.. Haha.. So changed to my uniform when i reached there then report to the bar supervisor... Was shocked when i went there! The guys can wear earrings and stucts all over their face, can dye their hair all sorts of color with no restrictions on their hair length, girls need not bun and pin their hand and bun their hair.. One word: Gangster.. Haha.. Really! Really like gangsters sia! Haha..... So i also dun care, i didnt bun and pin my hair! Haha...
So tt night, the waterfront staff is in charge of walking around with platters then people will self service themselves. And as usual kiasu and "gianben" Singaporeans take alot and the platters finished very fast! I was actually quite expecting it lah.. Haha.. So actually i thought Forbidden City is just a bar but i nv expect that it is a club!! Haha.. So later as the platters is getting slow, people not taking anymore food, our job also become more relaxed! Hehe.. Can see the staff is enjoying themselves as well, they are able to enjoy the music as well but of course not dancing lah... Just walking around collecting empty glasses and again go and notice people! Haha.. Saw a gay couple! My god! Haha... Later heard that this is nothing, there are many where people are having sex in the public, strip,etc! Complicated place! Saw quite a few yandaos as well.. Hohoho
Btw guest of honour was my boss Michael Ma's fren, Pua Seck Guan, the CEO of Capitaland Retail Limited! Was talking winnie about meeting Quek Lim Beng one day at my workplace but who knows at tt night, really see one CEO! Haha, actually wanted to get a namecard and take the opportunity to talk to him, but of course cannot lah! Later people thought i siao! Haha.. Next time bah.. Haha, but was really quite fun, the supervisor also quite fun playing! Hope there is another next time where i can work there again!!
